In the summer of 2000, Olive Garden wanted to re-position themselves from their image of 'large, corporate restaurant chain' to an 'authentic family of local Italian restaurantsí.


As the Information Architect and Senior Writer, I focused content on the Olive Garden's culinary institute in Italy - a hidden gem in their branding at the time. This was to bring some credibility to the promise of a "genuine Italian" experience.
